Surgerical Invasion
Surgery, the thought of it alone makes me shiver. It's disguisting and completely barbaric. We who crown ourselves upon being such an advanced society, we have to cut people open in order to fix them. How barbaric is that? I mean we pretty much just say "oh, we're gonna knock you out then cut you open and poke around to try and fix whatever is wrong with you." Nice, that's real advanced. And it's so....invasive. You let people poke around your interior organs. On top of that, they use the same tools they use to fix cars to fix you. Yea, real advanced people alright. We use the same drills used for cars to drill burr holes into our heads. We also put metal and plastic plates in our bodies to hold things together, and all these bolts and screws. There's a reason why these objects were never in our body in the first place. And those same knives we use in our kitchens, those same knives with different names, scalpels, we use those to cut people open. And we use tongs to keep skin apart to insert knives and plates. And this is what we call our life saving technology. Don't get me wrong, i love the fact that this allows us to save lives, but are we really so advanced? If we use things like knives and tools to fix and invade the human body in such a barbaric way, then what qualifies us to believe we're so advanced?
